Quailty Assurance

Johoyd are made to the highest standard of quality and workmanship. We want every instruments in the hands of our customers to be accurate and satisfactory. If any instrument is found not to be of Johoyd quality, please contact our customer service department to arrange a return of that instrument. Any instrument proved to be defective in material or workmanship will, at our discretion, be repaired or replaced at no charge. Please note that we cannot replace or give credit for instruments that have been improperly used, stamped or mutilated, or tools that have been altered or repaired by personnel not authorized by Johoyd Company. We will be pleased to quote a price to repair such instruments.
